Michele Gualtieri  is a course facilitator for Teach n’ Kids Learn (TKL). 

Michele taught students with special needs at the elementary and high school levels for five years, and coached mathematics teachers at the middle school level for a year. She also has experience working with pre-service teachers through a non-profit, and facilitating professional development on blended learning and mathematics for teachers in grades K-8.

She earned a Masters of Education Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, as part of the Urban Teaching Fellows from Rutgers University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University. During her studies, she was fortunate to be a research assistant for the projects: Thinking Across Perspectives and Classroom Strategies Scale.

Michele lives with her husband and two dogs. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cooking, crafting and traveling.
