Establishing a Positive Learning Community of Writers
Providing a safe learning environment for students to write is the foundation for building a positive learning community. To accomplish this environment, first and foremost, a safe learning environment allows students to feel safe to fail and make mistakes.
The primary goal of this GPLC Instructional Topic will be for teachers to review how to build a safe learning community of writers and to ultimately help students build confidence in their own writing capabilities through various conferencing strategies.
