Teach & Kids Learn (TKL) is pleased to provide the following comprehensive online courses listed below for educators within the state of Arizona Each course is directly aligned to the Arizona College and Career Ready Standards and Standards for Professional Learning.

• State Re-Certification CEU Clock Hour Option – When using our state re-certification option from or registration page you will be provided a listing of comprehensive online courses that will earn educators either 30 or 45 Clock Hours.

Renewable certificates may be renewed with proof of 15 clock hours of professional development activities for each year of the certificate term. One semester hour of college coursework is equivalent to 15 clock hours of professional development activities. You may complete the clock hours or semester hours in various increments per year.

• Graduate Credits Option: Teach & Kids Learn (TKL) provides accredited university graduate credits courses. We provide official transcripts. and letter grades upon the successful completion of your selected course. When selecting your course, choose any of our Graduate Credit level courses from our registration page.

We always recommend that you follow any pre-approval requirements in your district before you register for courses. However, many teachers have been successful using our courses to advance on their district’s salary scale—and have typically been able to use our university/college-level course offerings.

A certificate may be renewed six months prior to its expiration date and up to one year after it expires. If your certificate has expired for more than one year you must reapply for certification under the requirements in effect at the time of re-application, unless you apply for renewal under the Experienced Educator Option. Applicants who apply under the Experienced Educator option must have a renewable certificate which has expired for at least two years but not more than ten years.
